One of the main components of Pilates is using core strength to achieve each pose. At Echo we practice the Feldenkrais method , to bring true balance and harmony to the whole body.
We strongly believe that both your mind and body should always remain in harmony. Meditation is hard to define, but can loosely be referred to as when your mind achieves a contemplative state.
