Release the darkness of winter and step forwards to the light, you will be led by Josephine through breath work and mantra meditation, releasing Hatha yoga and Yin, followed by warm tea and vegan nibbles, Finish the day with restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra and a truly purifying Sound Bath.
