Our yoga classes are held in a welcoming space where you can heal your mind, body, and soul. Yoga sessions at the studio can be challenging, but are always rewarding, with expert team members leading you onto a path of self-discovery.
There is something for everyone at Echo Yoga. Highlighted yoga classes include Yin Yoga, Slow and Restore, Yoga Nidra, Vinyasa Yoga, and Pilates. Each class promotes the disciplines of the practice: breathing, focus, and alignment. Positive effects can be seen as early as after the first class. As you walk out of our studio doors, you’ll notice an improvement in overall mood and sense of well-being.
Our classes are meant to give you a better sense of self. We will teach you how to dive deep and find clarity, guidance and focus.
Yoga can also be beneficial to all looking for improved flexibility, better mobility, and reduced stress levels.
We welcome all levels from beginners to the more advanced and have flexible plans to make it easy for those with hectic schedules to attend.
Monthly class memberships are available along with single and multi-day passes and discounted rates are also available - please speak to a representative to determine if you qualify.
Our classes tend to fill up quickly, which is why we've partnered with 'Team Up' to allow for online booking. Once enrolled, all payments and class bookings can be managed through the application.
