At Echo Josephine holds and creates a welcoming space where you can heal your mind, body, and soul. She specialises in deeply healing yoga classes, guiding you onto a path of self-discovery and personal growth.

At Echo we offer courses that run alongside term time. Each course has a different offering, you will be taken on a journey, the practice making an impactful positive affect on your life. Our mission is to help you heal, so you can move through life with more ease, peace and healthier relationships’. 

 

At the end of the course we will have a special class with tea, nibbles and chats.

 

Our pop up classes are for those that can't commit to all the dates, or can option for pay as you go.

In the West we tend to over-fill our diaries, not allowing time to digest all our experiences, life is challenging and we've somehow lost touch with the things that help us rest. These classes are an active way to rest, we talk about mindfulness through all the lines of practices and give the nervous system a chance to reset. This course is for anyone who struggles with anxiety, stress and feeling overwhelmed, you will learn valuable mediation tools and bring more peace and tranquillity to your life.

Using mindfulness techniques, Nidra body scans, visualisations and some sound therapy techniques. Groups are small to keep things focused and calm, held at Josephine’s home studio in Worthing. Online Zoom Class

Fridays 9.30-10.30am

Yoga, Meditation & Sound

In this class, you'll get an all-over, balanced yoga practice - a combination of warming the body slowly, focusing on meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), and an asana practice inspired by Hatha & Yin Yoga, which will feature supported mat-based seated poses, letting the body unfold into stretches aided by blocks, straps, and blankets, to un-do any tension, aches, and pains, and reduce anxiety. Finish off with a Sound feature, Josephine will use a different instrument each week to really help you shake off the week and clear the way for a calm, buoyant weekend.

Monthly Video Library Pass

Access 100 carefully selected videos, featuring a range of styles, levels and times. All on Vimeo for easy access on your phoneiPad or smart TV.

Monthly membership holders will be emailed the password to log into the videos on demands so you have full access to online videos.
